Shipping & Warranty Policy
Domestic Orders (Mainland China)
Because our products are custom-made and handcrafted, the normal production cycle is 20 to 30 working days. Shipment will be arranged immediately after production is completed.
Domestic express delivery usually takes 3–7 working days and may be longer for remote areas. The total delivery time should be calculated based on the production cycle above.
After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.
International Orders (Outside Mainland China)
International orders also require a production cycle of 20 to 30 working days and will be dispatched via international express after completion.
Shipping time is generally 7–15 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance efficiency.
- International freight, customs duties, VAT, and other import-related taxes and fees are to be borne by the buyer. The exact amount varies by country or region and may be up to 30% or more of the order value.
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays — we kindly ask for your understanding.
- The above taxes and duties must be paid directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery; we do not collect these fees on your behalf.
Warranty & Product Care Notes
We guarantee that every product undergoes strict quality inspection during production and before leaving our workshop.
For warranty service, please contact our customer support with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
