Our Story

On the Yellow River plain of Ningxia roams a special breed — the Tan sheep. Its wool curls naturally into elegant locks, light as clouds and soft as cotton, each fiber carrying the vitality forged by desert winds and endless sunshine. For centuries, local artisans have learned to converse with this wool — never destroying its innate crimp, but awakening its supple warmth through ancient tanning rituals; never rushing with machines, but hand-weaving every strand into patterns that tell stories across generations.

This mastery lives on in two intangible cultural heritages: the Tan Sheepskin Tanning Craft (national-level) and the Ningxia Handwoven Carpet Technique (provincial-level). At Ningxia Nanxi Fur Co., Ltd. (nicyfur), we are the proud guardians of these traditions. On our 43,538 m² campus, we are both inheritors and the source factory. Every hide, every tuft of Tan wool, passes through the hands of master craftsmen — transformed into plush cushions, cozy throws, and luxurious rugs.

With our own export license, we offer full-size customization and OEM services, serving markets from the US and Europe to Russia and beyond. But what we ship is more than products — it’s a tangible piece of Eastern living heritage, born on the Silk Road, yet made for every home.

这份匠心，凝结为两项珍贵的非物质文化遗产：滩羊皮柔制工艺（国家级）与宁夏手工毯织造技艺（自治区级）。而我们——宁夏南西皮草有限公司（nicyfur），正是这两项技艺的当代守护者。在 43,538㎡ 的厂区里，我们既是传承人，也是源头工厂。每一张滩羊皮、每一束滩羊毛，都经由老师傅的双手，化为抱枕的柔软、毛毯的温暖、地毯的华美。

我们拥有自营出口资质，支持全尺寸定制与 OEM 代工，产品远销美国、欧盟、俄罗斯等地区。但对我们而言，出口的不仅是商品，更是一种可触摸的东方生活方式——它源于丝绸之路，却属于全世界。
